I believe it's really important that you find a therapist that you like, trust and feel comfortable with. This initial 25 minute session can be a good chance for you get a feel for what working with me would be like.Other
In general this intro session is your time and you can use it as you wish. You may want to ask me questions, or check some things out. You may want to say something about what has led you to seek counselling. You may just want to visit the room and building, or perhaps a mixture of the above.
Other therapists offer a similar opportunity and I'd really recommend 'shopping around' to find out who feels like the right fit for you.
